IDBI Bank bags Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar for Hindi Magazine ‘Vikas Prabha’ from Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India
Mumbai, September 14, 2017: IDBI Bank Ltd. has been awarded Rajbhasha Kirti Puraskar in linguistic region `B' of nationalised banks and financial institutions category for the year 2016-17 for its Hindi Magazine ‘Vikas Prabha’. The award was presented by Honourable President of India Shri Ram Nath Kovind to Shri Mahesh Kumar Jain, Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of IDBI Bank at a function held at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi on September 14, 2017. The function was presided over by Honourable Minister of Home Affairs Shri Rajnath Singh. Shri Hansraj Gangaram Ahir, Honourable Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Kiren Rijiju, Honourable Minister of State for Home Affairs and Shri Prabhas Kumar Jha, IAS, Secretary (Rajbhasha) also graced the occasion.
